Capsule project enquiry form

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and planned project location. Phone, company, approximate capsule quantity and message are optional. We also retain the submission date, an enquiry reference, its origin on this website and the version of the privacy information shown.

We use this information to answer your request, take the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take and keep a record of the commercial relationship. Processing is based on those requested pre-contractual steps; where you represent a business, our legitimate interest is to manage its professional enquiry. The source record documents commercial handling. It does not identify visitors who have not submitted an enquiry.

Only the authorised DOSI PROJECT owner can access the enquiry register. Hosting and storage providers process data to deliver the service. The form does not automatically send your details to Enercom or manufacturers and does not subscribe you to marketing. If your project requires sharing information with partners, we will inform you about the recipients and any relevant international transfers before doing so.

The site does not intentionally deploy non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and authentication services may use technical mechanisms necessary to provide and protect the service.

When you contact us

If you contact DOSI PROJECT by email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to send may be processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a commercial discussion, manage a potential business relationship or take requested pre-contractual steps. The relevant communication provider may also process data under its own privacy terms.

Retention

Business enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant discussion, contractual relationship, legal obligations or legitimate business record-keeping, subject to applicable law.

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR and Hungarian data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
